Investment Criteria

Our investment focus is on developmental thru middle market companies with capitalization needs between 2 million and 100 million. We concentrate our efforts on proprietary software and hardware technology, information technology and e-commerce investments. As a part of the due diligence process we evaluate the investment opportunity, the industry, the capital markets and the ability of the enterprise to attract capital from institutional investors, private equity funds and private equity investors.

While proprietary core technology or highly distinctive products/services and rapidly growing markets are critical, we believe a high caliber management team is the primary key to building a superior business.
