The
Pembroke Group Investment Process (Con't)
Phase
3: Due Diligence
To assess the needs and capabilities of the company we will assemble
a team of investment bankers and advisors to perform the appropriate
due diligence. As required, we also engaged outside lawyers and
an independent accounting firm to assist our efforts.
Due
Diligence includes a review of the company books and records,
in-depth discussions with the management team and in-depth financial
analysis. The outcome leads to a recommendation for a valuation
of the company. Companies without experience in obtaining investment
capital can most benefit from Phase 2 and Phase 3, when seeking
capital from investors.
